Instagram as the King of Social Media by the end of 2014

Personally Instagram is my favorite, social media site. I can look through the daily life of my friends by just watching their pictures. I believe that most of us started to use Instagram, because we enjoy watching pictures, and to get a visual insight into our friends life. We do not need to scroll down, to read millions of posts, and spams, instead of that, we just see the pictures and enjoy them.

So why Instagram would be the best in 2014?
Just an amazing Instagram picture to make your day :)
Since Instagram allows marketers to promote their products by using visual effects. Why is it that useful, because since we are young, we all love watching the pictures in the books, newspapers, coloring books. We can also remember better for a picture then for a phrase.

The article gives 3 reason why Instagram will be the best this year. First as I mentioned that social media becomes more visual. Second that Sponsored posts are becoming mainstream. It means that companies have sponsored persons, who post about their brands. They believe that this method highly influence buying behavior. Third Instagram has not peaked yet. Marketers just started to understand how to use Instagram as a tool,  therefore big developments should come soon.

I hope ads won't appear suddenly on Instagram. I think that's why their user number grows this fast, because people enjoy that they see the ads what they want. We follow people, organizations we would like to, because we want to see their pictures not others. Even the payed persons, I think those ads are very unique. Why? Because I prefer to see a picture of one of my favorite athlete posting about that they drink the same juice, or they wear the same pant like me, rather than the company posting a random something.

This short video has some interesting facts about Instagram.

Twitter Vs. Facebook: Which One Is Better for Promoting Your Brand?

After today´s morning discussion about Twitter, I started to feel that it has great influence on customers. Therefore , I became interested about the fact how influential Twitter is. Hence to come up with a new post, which will be about Twitter, I searched after something which compares Twitter with Facebook.

As we know Facebook is still the biggest user based social engine, but is it still the best for valuable promotion?

Will Twitter outgrow Facebook in the responds too?
According to the article I found, Facebook is heading backward in the choice of company’s promotion decisions?  Lately only 17% of US based social network users believes that Facebook promotions lead to actual purchase. Let's say that 17% is very low, for Facebook. This is true, if I think about it, I use Facebook since 2009 probably, in that 5 years I probably shopped once, because of one influential add. I am a person who clicks on them, and reads them, but for some reason Facebook ads make you do lot of extra things, or when you click on them is not exactly the same like in the promotion.

Twitter Fans are growing faster in 2014!
Let’s see about Twitter now, first here is an interesting fact that 40% of US based customers think that twitter adds leads to actual purchase. This is more than double than Facebook's. Twitter has some advantages in boosting human relationships, by tweets, re tweets, and other ways where you can directly communicate. Twitter also has a great increase in their video tweets, they are highly viewed, and re tweeted. Even if nowadays it seems that Twitter is a more flourishing tool for promoting, really never underestimate Facebook, they are always working on something new.

To share some personal opinion,at the end. I never really used Twitter until last week. Until now I am only following some of my favorite brands and athletes, but to be honest it is more attractive for me than Facebook. Their posts are way shorter, and cleaner, I actually take time to read them more often because they are less then 100 characters. The best on Twitter that you don't see million other adds around the posts.

A Day in the Life of a Successful Social Media Strategy

Hello Everyone,

Today I will be writing about an interesting article which concludes today's social media marketing , and mentions how Facebook contributes to it. I spent my morning to search through the internet to find an interesting article for you. Well, I found one which gives an insight of company daily successful social media operations.

As we realized social media stepped into our daily life, to know how importantly shows the fact that 93 % of marketers use it. According to the article, companies not just have to pay attention to integrate it; the key is how you integrate it into your daily business life. Social media gives you infinite opportunities to interact with customers, and to raise brand awareness.

Let's take a look into the daily operations; 7 am is when the first post goes live. They state that successful social media never sleeps, and matches with consumers schedule. Therefore at 8 am they are already checking the analytic. Even the best posts after their peak, they quickly decline, but what we can know that they reach more, and more people. For example buzz feed posts reaches at least 7 million people thankfully for Facebook, which contributes with at least 4 million views. Later on they have a meeting at 10 am again, to discuss the next post which goes live at noon. Then at 2 pm they are already monitoring the traffic, and the hits, to know which demographics segment was the most interested, and what did they use to access the add. The reason to know all those facts, data, to use them during the 4 pm brainstorming meeting for the next post.  At 5:30 pm the last post goes live, but life does not stop in the company, they are starting to prepare for the next day.

This was a brief conclusion of a great article, but now let me share with you my opinions.
First of all, I agree that social media for companies is not just to be present, is that how do they reach their customers. If I think about it, I only click on ads which raise my attention, and very close to a need I have. It is interesting how much time they spend to analyze us, they know everything about us. When do we wake up, when are we the most catchy for a good ad, what are our future needs. I really like how much effort they put into, to gives us quality adds, posts, not junks what we might like or no. As I was reading through this article, I started to respect them more and more.
